November 5, 2010 - NECBC's energy conference

Today I am at the New England Canada Business Council (NECBC)’s 18^th Annual Energy Trade & Technology Conference is underway, on Nov. 4-5, 2010 at the Seaport Hotel, Boston.  This is always a great event focusing on energy trade between the Northeast U.S. and Canada, our largest energy supplier.  Last night we had a roundtable discussion on the implications of the recent election.  This morning, I'm looking forward to a keynote speech by the Hon. Darrell Dexter, Premier of Nova Scotia, as well as the panel discussions featuring senior executives from companies like Hydro-Quebec Production,Northeast Utilities, Nalcor Energy, Cape Wind, and Repsol.
